We only accept service contracts from businesses registered in the United Kingdom or individuals residing in the UK. We reserve the right to decline any project that originates from outside this jurisdiction.

The specific details of any web design, software development, or consultancy project will be outlined in a separate proposal or contract agreed upon by both parties before work commences.

2.3 Payments

All payments must be made in GBP (£). Payment terms are defined in your project contract.

3. Product Sales (Online Store)

3.1 UK Shipping Only

We strictly ship only to addresses within the United Kingdom (including Northern Ireland, Highlands, and Islands, though delivery times may vary). Orders placed with a shipping address outside the UK will be cancelled and refunded.

3.2 Returns and Refunds

We comply with the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015. You have the right to cancel your order for physical goods within 14 days of receiving them.

4. User Representations
